   RTO is a well known manufacturer of counted cross-stitch kits from 1996.                                                                                                                                    RTO always complete each kit with 20% of extra quantity of threads. Every type of embroiderers can be sure to finish RTO design to her satisfaction.
    RTO collection includes kits of different levels of complexity, ranging from simple and fun to more sophisticated designs, and a lot of designs with partial stitching, where the main object is stitched fully, but the background is stitched slightly in 1-2 strands. There are also more complicated designs for the most experienced and skilled embroiderers.

We want you to be happy. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, we accept returns  up to 30 days after delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
